Established in 2024 and powered by Xylen Management Ltd, WorkLink is a forward-thinking talent outsourcing company. Our headquarters are located in the heart of Birmingham, UK, with a global presence. Our parent company, Xylen Management, has utizlied remote staff since covid for a variety of projects and this included administrators, software developers, social media and customer service staff. We quickly realised the benefit of a global talent pool at a cost effective price and are now on a mission to help other businesses in a tough economic environment.

We currently have a satellite office in Pakistan and will be opening additional offices in India and Philippines.​ Our team is also currently researching AI based solutions including chatbots and voice bots.
